Refund policy
Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
As a standard protocol across all our direct points of sale, Graïa does not offer returns or exchanges — whether the order is domestic or international, off-the-rack or made-to-order — except under the exceptional circumstances outlined below.
Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Merchandise — If the piece you receive is not in good condition, or arrives damaged or defective.
- Irreparable Fit or Construction Issues — If there is an unresolvable technical issue with an altered or customised piece against the specifications confirmed at the time of order — for instance, sizing discrepancies, fabric coverage, colour mismatch, or length issues.
- Unnotified Delivery Delays — If there has been a significant delay in your order and you have not been notified of the same within one week of the order being placed.
Outside of the above, all made-to-order pieces are final sale. We encourage you to review sizing, customisation details, and product descriptions carefully before confirming your purchase.
Alterations
Altered pieces cannot be exchanged. That said, if you need assistance with fit after receiving your order, we're happy to help — customers are responsible for two-way shipping charges on any alteration requests.
Customisation
Most Graïa garments can be tailored to your preferences, including:
- Size
- Garment length
- Neck depth
Colour customisation and minor design modifications may also be considered, subject to fabric availability and production feasibility. Certain customisations may carry an additional charge — our team will always confirm available options and pricing before your order is processed.
Customised garments remain eligible for alterations where applicable. Sale pieces are not eligible for any form of customisation.

Cancellations
As production begins shortly after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations. Please confirm all details before finalising your purchase.
Payment
Partial Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
Shipping Delays
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics providers.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price and must be borne by the customer, in accordance with the destination country's regulations.
