Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-7 business days (if available)
International Shipping: 8–21 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship domestically only. Shipping availability will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@graia.in, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and its contents. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
