These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. GRAIA operates this store, which is powered by Shopify. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and our Return & Exchange Policy.

Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Products and Made-to-Order Orders
All garments on this site are made-to-order and produced specifically against each confirmed order, unless stated otherwise, such as for Clearance Sale or Archival Sale items. Product images are for reference only, and colours or finish may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or natural fabric characteristics.
Most garments can be customised, including size, garment length, neck depth, and in some cases colour or minor design changes, subject to fabric availability and production feasibility. Any additional charges for customisation will be confirmed with you before your order is processed.
Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we confirm once payment is received. As production begins shortly after confirmation, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details on the limited circumstances in which an exchange or resolution is available.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through the gateways available at checkout, and may offer Partial Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Shipping and International Orders
Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation. As these are estimates and not guarantees, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their destination country; these are not included in the product price.
Alterations
Altered garments cannot be exchanged. If you need help with fit after delivery, we're happy to assist; two-way shipping costs for alterations are the customer's responsibility. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the GRAIA name, logo, designs, photography, and written content, belongs to us and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GRAIA is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your order. Our liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
