A mini skirt with a fitted waistband and a fringe hem that falls asymmetrically — shorter on one side and gradually longer on the other. The main body of the skirt is smooth and close-fitting through the hip before the fringe takes over at the hem. The fringe is densely set and hangs freely, adding movement to the lower edge of the skirt. The asymmetric drop gives the silhouette an angled quality without altering the fit of the skirt itself.
